A certificate is only useful when the test results, the batch number, and the material actually delivered line up. Kaxite's quality documentation is structured around that link — not around a generic PDF template.
Request Certificate Samples →Quality management system applied to gasket fabrication, packing, sheet pressing, PTFE molding, machine assembly, and dispatch.
Material test certificate issued per batch, reporting dimensions, material composition, hardness, and pressure test results.
Compliance declaration for spiral wound gaskets where the flange standard requires it.
OD, ID, thickness, and concentricity measured per lot against drawing or standard.
Hydrostatic and leakage testing on gaskets and packing where the application requires it.
Declarations available for PTFE and food-contact parts; RoHS for electrical and electronic applications.
MTC and EN 10204 3.1 are manufacturer-issued documents that report test results tied to a specific batch. They are the standard documents most industrial buyers require — and they are only meaningful when the batch number on the document matches the material marking and the packing list.
Traceability starts at incoming raw material and runs through cutting, forming, assembly, inspection, and packing. Each lot carries a batch number that links to the packing list and the material marking, so a certificate can be matched to the exact gaskets delivered.
Documentation is not the same as evidence. The certificate must point to the lot that ships. That is the check this page is built around.
